Dixie-Riverside, Inc. has distributed
beverages in the Augusta, Aiken trade area for over 60 years. The
company was founded as a beer distributor in the 1930’s after
prohibition ended. In 1979 the company acquired a soft drink bottling
and distribution operation that included RC Cola and other allied
brands. The company continued to grow through mergers and acquisitions.
In January 2003 the company was awarded the franchise and bottling
rights for the 7Up brands in their market area. The acquisition of
this new line of brands leaves us ready for continued growth.
